This customization process, from assembly to the final touch, usually takes about 3-5 days. Once your unique timepiece is perfected, we’ll get it shipped out via our express courier service for local or FedEx Intertational Priority (1-2 days) for our international friends, ensuring it reaches you within 1-2 days!

Our watches come with a 1-year in-house warranty, exclusively covering the movement. Please note that other components like the bracelet, crown, glass, and bezel are excluded from the warranty coverage.
